Phone orders go through the same system.
When a guest orders by phone, staff enter it in MenuGO and it reaches the kitchen like any online order. If you cannot pick up, the guest can get an SMS with your ordering link.

Does the system create orders from the conversation?
No. The dispatcher enters the order, and the system sends the SMS messages and links.
What is needed for automatic SMS?
An Android phone with the restaurant’s number and the MenuGO call app installed. We set it up together.
What do we need to get started?
