Delivery batching

Delivery batching for restaurants: more stops, one smarter route.

MenuGO can group compatible orders into a delivery batch when they go in a similar direction and fit the restaurant's rules. The driver accepts the batch and sees the stop order on the map.

Fewer empty trips

If multiple orders go toward the same area, they can become one route.

Restaurant rules

Set min/max orders, maximum waiting time and detour tolerance.

Driver acceptance

Drivers see the route, stops and order details before pickup.

Why batching matters in peak hours

The hardest delivery problem is not only order volume. It is the moment when many orders arrive together and the manager has to compare addresses, call drivers and decide who carries what.

Delivery batching gives the restaurant a structured way to create healthier routes without losing control.

Frequently asked questions

Does MenuGO automatically assign a driver?

MenuGO can form and suggest a batch, but the driver accepts it and cannot exceed configured limits.

Can the restaurant limit batch size?

Yes. Restaurants can configure minimum and maximum order count, maximum waiting time and route tolerance.

Does batching slow guests down?

The goal is healthy grouping, not waiting at all costs. If a batch does not fit rules, an order can move separately.
